Why some dogs don't shed

Some have most of their follicles in the exogen phase and may be almost completely hairless.” {Science of Fur Why do Dogs Cats Rabbits Shed | FURminator® } This is the sight I got it from. www.furminator.com/why-do-dogs-cats-and-rabbits-shed.aspx
